PICKUPS:
Currently, we do not offer a local pickup option at this time. All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

SHIPPING:
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout and are based on your location, items being purchased, production warehouse location, package dimensions and weight. We provide real-time, live carrier rates available for provided address. Please ensure to add a phone number for all orders.

Orders are produced within 5-10 business days and shipped when packaged. Estimated time for delivery for all products from production to delivery can range between 5-22 days, depending on your location.

Once the item has left us we are not responsible for shipping delays. Please be sure to double check that your shipping address has been entered correctly.

We can ship anywhere in the world! Please Note: Depending on your location, Customs Fees may apply. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs.

Some items may ship separately due to the nature of the item and how they are packaged. ie: if you have ordered a shirt and a mug, then those items may ship individually, however your base rate calculated for shipping during checkout is your shipping cost, and additional charges would NOT apply after your order has been placed. 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
We DO NOT offer refunds at this time for products ordered in the wrong sizing - please refer to sizing charts when applicable. If your product is damaged or defective please email us immediately.
